Great welcome, lovely room & shower facilities. Good WiFi to work. Breakfast always plentiful & hot.

Single room was small, with one a sall skylight.

Everything. Love this hotel. Always stay here.

Nothing. A suggestion maybe to put a mini fridge in rooms. I know there is a communal fridge in hallway but prefer own one in room.

Lack of parking is always an issue, but it's a town centre hotel so it is to be expected.

Radiator by wardrobe control is broken so it was hot and we were sweating all night, spa bath disappointing as no where to lay back due to taps and the drain knob placed at each end. Water pressure in bath inadequate. Curtains let in street light.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left everything was exceptional. The different choices you got for breakfast food and drinks were amazing and everything was cooked freshly and so delicious My room and bathroom were done to such a high standard and I had more in my room then I was expecting. I can not rate this Hotel and everything that come with it high enough, I would recommend staying here if you are visiting Bridgewater. Thank you

I cannot find anything that I didn't like.

We don´t like every day an "English Breakfast". More variaty of bread, e.g. hard rolls, croissants, baguettes. More cold meats. Not only ham and bacon.
