Property is so new and so clean , however beds could be better, more pillows?

Great location with fantastic view. Super close to the cabin who takes you up to the kindermeile on Golzentipp and about 30 minutes from Wildpark Assling. For us, it was important as we traveled with 2 small kids and these were places we targeted to visit. Resort also has a great inside pool, spacious rooms, and very good breakfast.

There is nothing we didn't like, maybe just an overall comment that in Obertilliach restaurants are limited (around 4 places out of which one is fine dining- worth to try but not as everyday basis) so consider this when traveling with kids and having the need of "immediate" availability. Our favorite place to eat was the restaurant from hotel Weiler.

The property is well organized and has very good parking with electrical charging - 2 lifts - swimming pool & sauna - large rooms and exceptional view

The location is very far specially for people like us who doesn’t drive in such roads specially at night - also it would consider medium distance to go back and forth for activities in Italy. Also the pillow and bed should be more comfortable

The hotel is very clean with a very good view. In addition, staff are very friendly

I stayed at Tillga Glück from 22nd November to 14th December 2024, and while the property itself is lovely, the management left much to be desired. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by poor treatment and an unwelcoming atmosphere. During our stay, my team and I used the dining hall to share evening meals, as our rooms lacked the space to accommodate everyone. The dining room was not operational, so we assumed it was an appropriate solution. However, one evening, an hour before we were due to eat, a team member received an email stating we were not permitted to use the dining room. Unaware of the email, we proceeded with our meal. Midway through, the owner, Hanns, confronted us in an aggressive and public manner, shouting about breaking his rules. He also pointed out that a guest we had invited from the village had no right to be there, even though the food was our own and not provided by the hotel. The overall atmosphere turned sour after this incident, leaving us feeling as though we were unwelcome and walking on eggshells. Additionally, there were other issues: my bed sheets were not changed for two weeks until I specifically requested it, and I suspect the pool heating was deliberately turned down during the quieter part of our stay, as it noticeably warmed up when more guests arrived. While the hotel’s facilities and location are undeniably attractive, the management’s behavior made our stay uncomfortable. We will not be returning and have advised other teams to avoid staying here as well.

Overnight motorcycle trip stay. The hotel is epic. Absolutely spectacular. Best hotel we have stayed in on 16 day trip. Great secure garage. Spa was amazing Also a fantastic road in.

Nothing. Everything was exceptional

The place is very well kept. It offers a big spa with pool and sauna. Also there is a big parking that has a wall box for e-vehicles. Our room was on the top floor, quiet and clean, however it was maybe a bit outdated which didnt bother really. The kitchen was new and very well equipped. Compared to other places in the area the price seemed very fair. I would totally recommend staying there!

Would be nice if the opening hours of the spa could be longer…

We loved the location. Lots of hiking trails, nice restaurants. The scenery is awesome from your own apartment. Spa was great. Sauna is large and hot. A couple rooms with beautiful views to sit in between sauna sessions. Naturally flavoured water to drink. Pool had a great counter current option to swim against. The kitchen was well supplied. I could benefit from a cloth to clean the counters...the sponge doesn't do a great job. Just a personal preference perhaps.

A beautiful small hotel with loads of personality. The rooms are almost unnecessarily large, and very nicely outfitted. I arrived just after a major storm, on my bike, completely drenched. The receptionist suggested I put my things into their boiler room (very hot), probably saved me riding next few days in wet gear.

The hotel didn't have a restaurant for dinners. The best option was an excellent pizzeria a few hundred meters away.
