"A must-do in Orotava."

Hotel Alhambra was fantastic. A top quality boutique hotel experience inside of a beautifully architected building. The Director provided great artistic context and background as well as tips and recommendations. The room was extremely clean and beautiful. If you are renting a car, the hotel has reserved parking on the street as well as right up front. We were able to get to the top of Mt. Teide for free in just over an hour with wonderful views along the way. The town is also a joy to walk through, particularly the multiple gardens.

Note there is no AC, although there was a fan and the air from the mountains was cool and crisp at night through the double windows. Should be fine. Note also there are some smaller bed pillows in the cabinet if you don't like the big pillows.

Fantastic view from both bedroom and bathroom - a loo with a view! Breakfast was great. Beautiful house. Parking outside the front door.
