"Hotel is fraud & don't allow check-in after paying 50% advance - This is scam and OYO is involved."

I never stay in this Hotel. Hotel was fully occupied and didn't allow us to check-in even we paid 50% advance (Night advance) I am surprises that OYO is this scam. They take money and denied to give room to the client because we paid to OYO and they show OYO that guest already checked-in and steel money.. How this fraud hotel listed at BOOKING.COM, is also shocked me.. I will never use BOOKING.COM either for my next booking..

It was the worst stay ever in Delhi. They have not allowed me to stay where I have booked instead told me to go to Barthal with my own expenses. I am in the process of filing Police Complaint as well as recovery suit
