Maravilloso lugar para disfrutar el Quindío. El personal muy amable, las instalaciones divinas, las habitaciones muy amplias y camas cómodas, baño grande y con elementos de aseo. La comida es deliciosa, el desayuno incluido es ESPECTACULAR, y los precios del restaurante para cenas y almuerzos son muy buenos.

El hotel campestre es muy bonito, con buena ubicación cerca al Parque del Café y a pocos minutos de Montenegro. Las instalaciones son agradables, con piscina, sala de juegos y cancha de ping pong, lo cual hace la estadía muy entretenida. El desayuno me pareció correcto y las zonas comunes bien cuidadas. Como punto a mejorar, tuvimos un inconveniente con el ruido de un bajante de agua junto a nuestra habitación, especialmente cuando llovía. Aunque solicitamos apoyo, inicialmente no recibimos ayuda y tuvimos que solucionarlo por nuestra cuenta. Aun así, la experiencia general fue buena y probablemente volveríamos, esperando que ese detalle se tenga en cuenta.
