The pool and hot tub were phenomenal! Coffee, meals and drinks while watching the waves was truly paradise!

Location and the restaurant food was good

Pillows so uncomfortable and the customer service wasn't good. No flexibility in breakfast, no water as courtesy and everytime I asked anything I got a "NO we can't", this changed the experience. They need to hire someone that has customer service orientation in the reception. I also wanted to eat japanese food since they offer that and they didn't want to serve me because they had more orders. Which is a nonsense since I was a guest at the same hotel and they were only thinking on people that wasnt even guests! Poor customer service, I wish this can change in the future. Thanks!
