Buena ubicación, fácil para aparcar.

Nos cobraron 20€ por día por tener una mascota con nosotros cuando en la página cuando ibas a pagar no te decían nada. Si es un hotel para mascotas entiendo que ya está incluido en el precio de la habitación , a no ser que haya algún desperfecto.

La comodidad de la habitación y su amplitud y el poder disponer de café y agua 24h gratis

Nos dieron una habitación en la que había gente y al comunicarlo en recepción, el encargado de la misma, vino, comprobó y ni sé disculpó ni tuvo ningún detalle de cortesía por el error. Poco menos que si hubiese sido nuestra culpa. Aclarar que había un encargado en recepción y un compañero que era más joven y más inexperto claramente pero el que se equivocó fue el veterano. Además nos levantamos a las 4 de la mañana y la chica que estaba en recepción a esa hora, además de ni contestar a los buenos días que le di 2 veces, estaba con unos morros que para que...habría que pulir un poco la atención al cliente. Ojo, no fue mal pero deberían pulir un poco esos detalles ..
