Hotel Zheleznik

No hot water on the 3rd floor. I was told i need to wait for 15 minutes and run the water so it gets hot as the boilers are sealed under ground. Could not have a shower at 12am, 3am and 9am.

The location was good, the room was spacy.

The room was dirty. The carpet was filthy with hair and lots of small particles, probably had not been vacuumed for a long time, also had burned holes from cigarettes. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet did not look sanitized.

Basic room, great location near the railway station

There was absolutely nothing to like about the property. It was filthy, infested with cockroaches, and completely uninhabitable. We couldn't even sleep there and had to leave in the middle of the night.

Everything. The room was disgustingly dirty, crawling with cockroaches—even in the bed and sheets. The hotel looked nothing like the photos online, and despite trying to change rooms, the situation was the same. It was impossible to stay there, let alone sleep.
