We booked the hotel with the specific given option for a double bed but when we went to the reception the lady refused to give us such a room because it costs more. Even after explaining the situation she said that they have such rooms if we want but we need to pay additionally which was not specified anywhere. The pillows were very old and not comfortable. We were trying to be mild in our thoughts having in mind it is a cheep hotel and two stars and we cannot expect more but still it could be improved at least a bit.
