Unser Aufenthalt war bis auf eine Kleinigkeit perfekt. Das Personal war stets freundlich und gut gelaunt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet und angenehm warm geheizt (draussen herrschten Minus-Temperaturen). Wir freuten uns jeden Tag auf das köstliche Frühstück. Bei der Buchung der Zimmer wurde auf der Booking-Seite angegeben, dass die Halbpension möglich sei. So hatten wir als besondere Anfrage die Halbpension reserviert. Im Hotel erfuhren wir, dass keine Halbpension angeboten wird (trotz Bestätigungsmail, dass unserer Anfrage nachgekommen werden kann). Deswegen haben wir aber charmante Restaurants kennengelernt und somit war diese falsche Angabe gar nicht dramatisch.
