La pulizia estrema , la cortesia e la qualità dell' intera struttura e della preparazione dello staff era da cinque stelle.

Being able to stay in the area really makes this place, other than that its a very old and average hotel. The dinner wasn't bad (7/10).

The lady on check in was quite rude, questioned why we had arrived late (it was 6:30/7pm). I think she was doing it from the point of view of wanting us to enjoy the area more which was fine, we didn't want to make too much of it. The room facilities were very basic, no kettle etc. The price of the hotel is very high for what you get, it was the most expensive hotel we had in our whole dolomites stay and we stayed in some pretty touristy/ remote locations. I think they charge the amount because you get breakfast and dinner but its still not worth it. An option for no dinner included would have been a nice touch.

drink is chargeable for dinner even a glass of still or sparkling water. No elevator. No mini bar at room.

The meals provided were amazingly wonderful.
