Sehr zentral gelegen. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr direkt am Haus. Liebevoll auf alt getrimmt eingerichtet. Bad modern.

Durch die Dreifachfenster war ein Lüftung nicht möglich. Sehr warm zur Sommerzeit.
