Very nice location and area, cozy and very warm rooms, very friendly staff willing to accomodate the guests requirements, nice breakfast, well-equipped spa.

Considering that the location had been fully booked during our stay, more staff should have been employed on-premises to accomodate 1) reception, 2) SPA, 3) table serving. During our first evening, there had been only one very friendly lady who had to deal both with checking in the guests and servind in the restaurant, which significantly increased waiting times. In addition, the pool water had been pretty cold given the low outside temperatures (3-5 degrees C) during our stay there. Also, consider including a vanity kit in the bathroom, shoe brush in the room and a dedicated coffee machine.

Breakfast was undiversified and the food was of low quality. Room's soundproof was bad.

I didn’t like anything about the property. We booked 3 rooms and on site we realised the pictures on Booking were different than the reality. The furniture was very old and broken, the electricity didn’t work in some of the rooms, the cleanliness wasn’t at a 4 star standard, 3 big dogs (fed by the hotel) were wandering freely through the hotel premises. Even though the location is in the middle of the nature, the facilities are dated and unsafe to use. Besides all this, the staff was totally unprofessional, unhelpful, lacking customer orientation and overall rude. This is not a 4 star hotel…resembles more to a motel.

Rooms, furniture, decoration, staff attitude and behaviour, facilities and lots of impertinent policies (e.g paying for the trash brought from outside the hotel or paying for extra linens)

Room cleaning only at request. Towels replaced only at request or regularly every 2-3 days. Extra payment for slippers, wardrobe. Long time waiting for kitchen orders (30 minutes - 2 hours). No air conditioning.

The room was amazing, but the hotel was a bit run down and staff not really friendly
