The location of the hotel is dusty. Food is below par. The hotel is dingy and the atmosphere inside is stale.

Extreme foul smell was coming from bathroom, and even the policy of the hotel was not acceptable.

My stay at Max Hotel was truly delightful. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious dishes that satisfied every craving. The staff was not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly courteous, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout. Additionally, the hotel's prime location made everything conveniently accessible, adding to the overall ease and enjoyment of my stay.

My stay at Max Hotel was disappointing due to several factors. Cleanliness was a major issue, as the hotel did not meet basic hygiene standards. The overall presentation and ambiance lacked appeal, making the space feel uninviting. Maintenance was poor, with noticeable signs of neglect throughout the property. Additionally, the mismatched color combinations created a visually uncoordinated and unsettling atmosphere, further diminishing the experience. To top it off, the experience did not justify the cost, making it far from a value-for-money stay

Location is good , Rooms are clean

No window , limited in room dining menu , staff was very irresponsible, took 20 minutes to give the bill due to which almost missed my train

Location wise absolutely great. It's on the same compound as the railway station

The rooms were stinking. When we asked them to change they said we can't do anything. They asked us to pay extra for an upgrade to a better room. Only when we said we'll shift to another hotel and raise this with booking.com they agreed to give us a better room without charging extra.
