Excellent Customer service

Showers too small lol

Staff were helpful and polite.

The shower cubicle was too small. Difficult to get in and out. I am not very big but if I was I could not have been able to have a shower.

The room was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. When I was feeling warm, they kindly provided a fan, which was greatly appreciated. Rajat delivered excellent customer service throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning very soon.

How near it was to where we wanted to be

Tiny bathroom. Very tiny shower, which was stuck on max temperature, so unable to shower in the morning. No soft close on the doors, decor poorly executed, nothing like the photos shown. Woken up by thoughtless customer at 0300 in the morning playing very loud music sitting in his car, with windows open. Believe night porter spoke to them and eventually they stopped and went into the hotel. I spoke to the reception staff in the morning about the noise during the night. Nothing handed over to him, and nothing reported by other paying guests, which I find it hard to believe. Also, the gentleman a reception in the morning appeared to be disinterested in my complaint, not even bothering to write anything down. We will not be returning to this hotel or any other Radisson chain hotels as this experience has put us off.

The shower is tiny and hard to operate and use. The bathroom overall is too small and cramped. The building is a bit tired and well used.
