Radisson RED Chandigarh Mohali

We stayed in both the Superior Room and the Junior Suite during our visit, so this review reflects our experience with both categories. Junior Suite Pros: Reception staff ( RaviRaushan) very receptive and helpful esp when travelling with parents Room :Very spacious and comfortable for 3 people with luggage Bathroom : had an area near the shower to keep soap tray , shampoo Hygienic and generally clean Toiletries - well stocked Superior Room Pros: Smaller and slightly cramped for 3 people, but very comfortable for 2 adults and a child Comes with a queen-size bed and sofa bed Cozy atmosphere Reliable , 24 / 7 hot water Located on the higher floors, which we preferred Amenities : Swimming pool and gym were well maintained

Junior Suite Cons: Located on the lower floors Air conditioning not maintained-maintainence work though prompt was carried out at 10 pm at night on arrival and once brought to the attention Hot water faucet/checks were inconsistent Superior Room Cons: Stayed for one night but a huge difference in rates over weekend ( Sunday) over 1 day No major issues during our stay No spa available Breakfast & Dining in ( room service ) The breakfast experience could definitely be improved. There appeared to be a lack of supervision, and the servers were not very professional. The continental breakfast selection was not very appetizing, with several items either missing or seeming stale. There was also very little variety in terms of local dishes. Room service food portions were disappointing — even the salad quantity was quite small. Overall, the stay was comfortable, especially the Superior Room experience, but there is room for improvement in service standards and dining quality.

I have booked 2 rooms 4 days before for 4 persons but manager charged me extra 2000 rupees for another 2 persons. Very disappointed ☹️
