"A Stay to remember."

The only helpful team in the hotel were the FNB team, specially to mention Naman Sharma. This was our second stay in the hotel and both times, he took very good care of us while we went to dine in the restaurant and also if we communicated with him for any other information. First time when we checked out . We forgot our bag while on our way to Manali . He went out of the way and helped us to get our bag in Manali. This is something very very exceptional gesture from him. A big thank you to him.

First is the time taken for check in is too long. I understand when there are many check in, check outs going on . I am a hotelier too but when u make someone wait for him to be called and you don't call him that's annoying, specially when you come driving from Manali for 6 hours odd. The response received from FO was not satisfactory at all times. Secondly when we checked in for the first time . We were welcomed with a fruit basket but the second time we did not receive the welcome back with such a gesture. The bathroom in the room was stinking with a urine smell. When we called in the housekeeping, they came and cleaned it. 1 hand towel was placed when we requested for another one . We did not get it. Overall the second stay was disappointing in comparison to the first one. The value for the money is not worth what you get in return from the service.
