Anassa Chania Boutique Hotel

Well located in the old port. Very well appointed room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Noise level at night, which ear plugs couldn’t block. Due to its location, I enquired if it might be overly noisy at night. I was advised the port was a quiet zone from midnight (and later told 1am), but in fact music from restaurants played loudly until 2:30 and on the Saturday, it was even louder and went until 3:30. Due to the location I fully expected some noise, but this was exceptional and had we known, would have stayed a few streets back.

Pequeno almoço incrível e muito delicioso (era tudo feito no momento, o que dava logo outro sabor de frescura - é sem dúvida alguma um dos pontos fortes deste local). Conforto da cama. Limpeza do local. Simpatia dos funcionários. Óptima localização (muito central e com uma vista bonita).

Ter de pagar uma taxa local que só nos foi informado após o check-in, após no booking termos a indicação que o preço incluía todas as taxas locais. Mau funcionamento do AC que não refrescava o quarto o suficiente.

The breakfast was, great and the quality of the ingredients was very fresh. The staff were very receptive to your food choices and the kitchen could accommodate personal preferences. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Zena and Steff. The place was very clean, and you could tell staff took pride in their hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room well appointed. The hotel had good toiletries, fluffy towels and robes were supplied

The room was had some noise from the pub below it. We only heard the noise on a couple of occasions of our 6-night stay. We were in the back of the hotel.

There is so much about Anassa Chania that my wife and I loved. From the location and the room, to how welcoming and helpful everyone working at the hotel was. We couldn’t recommend staying here more!

Great location and helpful staff. Getting big luggage down is a bit of a bear, but they were really helpful. The breakfasts are very good. Lovely large bath with rain shower.

It is hard to get large suitcases to the hotel and parking is difficult, but otherwise, loved our time here
