Το ξενοδοχείο βρισκόταν δίπλα στην θάλασσα και σε σχετικά κοντινή απόσταση με το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει και πάρκιγκ για το αυτοκίνητο. Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο και με βοήθησε σε ότι και αν ζήτησα.

Ακουγόταν έντονη φασαρία από διπλανό δωμάτιο πολύ αργά την νύχτα, χωρίς να γίνει κάποια παρατήρηση.
