Un hôtel en centre ville avec parking privé ombragé. Un jardin frais et agréable.. Bon diner bien que je fusse le seul client ce soir là, le tout pour un prix raisonnable . Sanitaires de la chambre récents et de qualité. Personnel très disponible .

Petit déjeuner quelconque . Chambre un peu triste.

Chambre très propre, petit déjeuner exceptionnel, parking sécurisé devant l'hôtel, personnel au top ! Très belle auberge, je recommande.

Es war schön sauber und der Pool war gepflegt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut und das Essen war lecker. Es war ruhig.

Es gab keinen Kinderhochstuhl im Restaurant leider.

The staff are amazing, and this is reflected in the quality and cleanliness of the property. My wife actually said, she wished she could transport this hotel all around Morocco, due to the fact it was so clean. Zhara was lovely to meet and a pleasure to have her look after us... nothing was too much trouble, and she has a very good eye for anything that might not be 100% and making it right immediately. There is a herb garden for fresh herbs which they use in the cooking and pomegranates are grown in the gardens and served at breakfast. The swimming pool was cool and a welcome escape from the heat. Plenty of sunshade around the pool, so it was possible to sit around the pool without issue from the heat. We had laundry cleaned and it was returned to our room cleaned and ready to wear. Across the road there is a large leisure complex, Gymnasium, restaurants, cafe outdoor pool with music, so plenty of atmosphere.

O hotel é muito solícito e todos os funcionários foram super simpáticos e nos atenderam muito bem. O quarto é amplo, a piscina agradável e em frente ao hotel há um comércio onde pudemos comer e comprar algumas coisas simples. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas suficiente. O wi-fi funcionou bem.

Sei que é um costume em diversos lugares mas me incomoda um pouco chuveiros abertos, que molham todo o banheiro, mas nada que atrapalhasse a viagem.

Amazing hotel.The ladies on reception are lovely professional people. The food is outstanding, the rooms are perfect and the pool was the best. If I had known I would have cut my trip to Merzouga shorter and stayed longer here,so relaxing, very clean and very well run.I wish I was still there xx
