Island Inn at 123 West

One of the best stays we ever experienced. Excellent, modern facilities. Easy self checkin and checkout. Great, user friendly accommodations and perks, like the view share room.

Only difficult thing was parking. There was plentiful parking when we were there, but we also were not visiting during peak tourist season. Street Parking is 2 hrs max during the day, so if you’re planning on leaving your car around, be aware of that.

If we could give Island Inn10/5 stars we would! Absolutely fantastic experience, wish we could have stayed longer. Easy reservations, gorgeous views, uber-clean accommodations, and over-the-top personal customer service. Top notch stay. Totally want to do it again. Soon! I will be recommending Island Inn 123 to everyone I know going to Friday Harbor.

Not a single complaint! Absolutely fabulous!

Unbelievably awesome! Location, views, architecture, and interior decorations were perfect and top notch! Theo, Jess, Scott, and Erin rock! Our reserved room upon check in supposedly was not up to their standards and ready for us to check in upon arrival, so they upgraded us to Penthouse 1 with no change in price! Our Penthouse 1 had a full beautiful kitchen. We ate out the first night at Downrigger’s which was amazing and only steps from the Island Inn, but ordered small takeout from them the second night and ate that along with our heated up leftovers in our beautiful room and watched Free Wiley! Very walkable except if you want to catch a Maya’s Legacy Excursion in Snug Harbor. But was able to rent a cool car, a convertible Smart car, from M&W car rentals that was walking distance from the hotel the morning of our excursion, stop by King’s Market for water and nibbles for to have on the boat. King’s Marker is also close to the Island Inn. And then we drove to Snug Harbor and made our departure time of 1000. After the amazing excursion with Maya’s, we had a reserved parking spot in the Island Inn’s garage for the night, We WILL be back! Thank you Island Inn for an awesome and relaxing first visit to Friday Harbor and the San Juan Islands!

Everything was wonderful

This was truly an amazing property—we will never be able to stay in a traditional motel again! It was a stunning location, it was beautifully furnished, quiet, had amazing views…LOVED it!! The kitchen had everything you need. There was even a washer and dryer, which was very helpful since we travelled with our children. The staff was also amazing!
