"A reasonable one night stay for either arriving or departing London."

The proxmity to Heathrow and the metro. Bed was large and comfortable; staff were friendly and helpful.

Though spacious the room was dark and uninviting. Overall, the hotel was very busy and noisy. As it is a transit facility, you need to be mindful of this. We stayed for 3 nights which was way too long. Meals and drinks were overpriced
