First of all. The property is not four star. Booking.com has to remove the stars from website. It is two star hotel. They don’t have toilet paper in toilet. I asked for it they said they don’t provide toilet paper then they gave me hand tissue paper. They don’t have bottle of water in room. They don’t provide any coffee and milk in the room. They don’t have towels in bathroom. I had to ask then they provided only one towel. Bathroom is just like one star hotel. They don’t have electric switches near the bed. It was really bad to stay in this hotel. The staff was very strange. Anything you ask they just say we don’t provide. The while staff were very rude. I had booked two nights non refundable and could not cancel it. I had to stay there.
