Hotel Burgstein - Inklusive Summer Card

The property is very beautiful and spotless clean, the location in amazing on top of the cliff, the food is very good, staff and owner very nice and professional. The spa is well equipped and very clean as well. The hotel is quiet at night, no party or noise to bother at night. I highly recommend to stay here.

Maybe more posters and signs in English in the spa area.

Good swimming pool with panoramic view. Perfect outdoor jacuzz, but wort only from 12:00. Big parking. Clean room. Ski room.

Sstayed for three nights in February, booked through booking, arrived late at the reception, there was no one there, the keys were left under the carpet. In the morning it turned out that we had to change rooms, the hotel owner was quite unfriendly, said we had to change rooms, and it was not his problem, that “booking” did not let us know , and did not even help to move the luggage. His wife at the reception is also quite unfriendly, does not know English. This is definitely not 4 stars: •there is no mini bar in the room •there is no refrigerator •there is no kettle/coffee maker •the toilet paper in the rooms is not new, but just folded, already started •there is no laundry service •the employees do not speak English, and just start speaking German louder so that you can hear them. •the hotel does not have large blankets, if suddenly you are a couple, and you want to sleep under one •breakfast is monotonous and the same every day •you cannot choose a table to sit at, the table is fixed for you for the entire stay by the staff •some of the rooms, which are located towards the utility block, have very loud sounds from goats in the morning, from cleaning in the morning it is at 6!! And again, the owner says that this is not his problem •it is also strange that the maids do not knock when they want to start cleaning, but simply open the room with their key. •sauna is only open from 14 to 19, it is very small •there is no room service. •during my stay, I wrote a review on Google, and instead of somehow correcting the situation during the eviction, the owner ran out of his office and said that I should correct the review, behaved aggressively

Extremely kind hotel staff. Really good quality food, rooms and wellness area. Amazing views over the valley. Really recommended

We came by road bike. When we booked we didn’t realize that the hotel is not at the bottom of the valley, but on top of a 200m climb. If you have good and fresh legs is not a problem, but be aware of this (or ask for a transfer)

Location was very beautiful. Spa was great. Food everyday was nice and lots of variation.

Closet knubs were proben in most rooms. Only one toilet was a bit too little for our family. In our 2 bedroom suite we did not however have any glasses exluding the ones in toilet (in our other room the was a caraffe of fresh water everyday). We arrived really late and could not attend the dinner, for which we had paid. I called upfront and asked if it was possible to reserve us a bun and cheese instead in our room - but it was not possible. It would really have made our trip more comfortable after travelling 8 hours.

A beautiful hotel with a family atmosphere,excellent gastronomy,original spa and professional staff.

The Hotel was almost to ourselves travelling in the 2nd week of January. There were around 10 couples in the entire hotel, so we had spa area to ourselves most the time. Meals were delicious and beautifully prepared and presented.

Coffee didn't taste good, the mattresses were a bit too hard, the duvets were synthetic anti-allergy type. Drinks were expensive. The location is a bit off the beaten track and a 5min drive to the nearest ski-bus station.
