Alles was wel netjes en schoon. Kamer was zeer gedateerd. Oude kleine douche.. Hotel zelf werd wel wat aan verbouwd, wat weet ik niet maar ik zat in een bijgebouw.

GBstaff were very polite, helpful and friendly. We arrived not being able to speak German and didn't know our way around. It was after 6pm when we arrived but the staff showed us directly to our accommodation.
my father in law is disabled and he was put in accommodation in staff quarters with a cockeral crowing at 4am. He had much further to walk than us. However, it was a last minute booking. no comfortable chairs or communal seating area to relax after dinner.
DEDEHad an excellent 3 days short holiday with my wife. The hotel room was very friendly and clean, booked the deluxe room. Food was also very good with plenty of selection, Salad buffet, soup, and various dishes. No one will go hungry. The price of drinks is normal. If you are staying in the hotel, that is where your Breakfast will be and not in the restaurant. The swimming pool is 25 meters for adults and a pool area for children which was well visited. 1 sauna and 1 Steam room are also clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and competent in their duties. If you are an older couple like my wife and me, the best time to book is outside the children's holidays. Will definitely be coming again, the next time with my grandchild.
I have only one complaint, and that is the steps to the reception. There are 4 steps down to the reception, and they are lit with indirect lighting, the last step has no lighting, so it gives you the impression that you have reached the last step which is not the case, and then you stumble. That happened to me twice, I was lucky that when I fell the first time I was ok. I do not think it only happened to me because there is a sign in German, Vorsicht Stufe! (Watch your step) but which step?
