Well maintained facility, new modern hotel perfect for some relaxing time in the mountains.

The SPA area needs more supervision to avoid dangerous slippery situations and guests who are not respecting the rules.

Hotelul cochet. Personalul de la restaurant f atent. Mancarea a la carte f buna

De cum am ajuns ni s-a spus ca rezervarea noastra prin booking a fost overbooked. Atâta timp cât a fost disponibilitate pe booking, nu cred ca dna de la recepție trebuia sa facă astfel de comentarii. Din păcate in jurul hotelului totul este deplorabil. Nu ai ce face. Micul dejun -organizare f proasta comparativ cu nr de clienti (mancarea nu era suficienta, la nici 5 min trebuia făcut refill).
