Brak czajnika w pokoju, na ciepłą wodę trzeba było czekac ok 5 minut az zleci pod prysznicem pleśń na kafelkach

Lokalizacja 10/10, pokój bardzo przestronny, większy niż oczekiwałam, widok na Zalew bardzo dobrze wyeksponowany za pomocą przeszklonego balkonu. Wspaniałe miejsce na weekendowy relaks.

Spacious room with a big balcony, side lake view. Very comfortable beds. Pity there's no fridge in the room. Friendly receptionist.

Rude restaurant staff - feels like the guests bother them. Service is very slow and not informative about the menu (lunch and dinner experience). During breakfast, it gets even worse... As hotel guests, it's not allowed to eat breakfast on the outdoor terrace (part of the restaurant), so on a beautiful summer day, we were forced to sit inside a dark, busy, smelly restaurant room. The staff gives orders what coffee we are allowed to get (coffeemaker with several options, yet we were instructed to choose americano, not espresso doppio). Uncomfortable atmosphere. Food itself was all good, though.

Przesympatyczny personel (przede wszystkim w restauracji), bliskość zalewu, bardzo smaczne dania w restauracji i dobre śniadanie.

Brak możliwości wyjścia na taras przy pokoju, niewygodne/twarde materace i łóżka polowe w pokojach. Hotel wymaga trochę nakładów, np. odświeżenie podestu na tarasie restauracyjnym.
