"You should check the room before aloted to anyone,"

Washroom was not good, water was not coming in the taps, no intercom service not even after asking it on reception, no soap or bath gel was in the washroom

"UGLY EXPERIENCE"

Only and only the location

Long list ... -They dont accept cards only upi or cash -Room rent plus tax (showed on booking.com) they demanded extra amount on 183rs as property gst -Many people at the reception were complaining about pathetic service and were not refunded once check-in done. -Room size was ok -Bedsheet and pillow covers pathetic had to get charged -No landline in room -No kitchen facility in property -Zero cleanliness -bathroom dirty even no handwash provided -A/C was continuosly on since checking until checkout did not cooled a bit it was just like a fan also no remote was given -Room service time was approx 20 min -Have to spent full 24hours in fan as had no other option as we already paid -Mattress had zero comfort Overall PATHETIC!!!!!!!
