The towels were very old and there were lots of stains on them. Stains of the floor. It used to be a very nice hotel but needs renovation. There was a crowded road behind and you could hear lots of noise even at night.

No contamos con ese beneficio ya que nos dijeron que por la aplicación, donde se hizo la reserva, no se prestaba ese servicio.

La falta del desayuno, aunque fuera básico, faltaron utensilios en la cocina, algunos días faltaron talleres, toalla de piso, bolsa de residuos, pero era nuestro descanso así que minimizadas estos detalles.

"La estancia fue buena-"

La ubicación es buena, el hotel está ubicado a unos 900 mts del shopping y a unos 200 mts del Jumbo supermercado. Y posee buen estacionamiento. El desayuno es bueno, tiene café, te, pan, galletitas, yogur, huevos revueltos, tortas caseras, jamón, salame y queso.

El tamaño de la habitación, del placard y dell baño. demasiado pequeño y con poco espacio de estantes.

La ubicación es lo mejor. También que tiene estacionamiento propio, aunque no es techado. Las camas son super cómodas. También el baño está bien.

Hacía muchísmo calor en la habitación. Quizás fueron días extraordinarios para el sur de Chile, porque hizo más de 32 grados, pero, al ser en el último piso, era imposible el calor y apenas corría aire. Nos dieron un "ventilador" raro, y eso mejoró un poco. No hay ascensor, hay que tener en cuenta esto si se viaja con personas mayores. La limpieza, al límite. Las toallas estaban todas manchadas y rotas... daban asco.
