La atención del personal fue amable.

Reservé habitación con 1 cama 2 plazas. Me entregaron 1 habitación con 3 camas de 1 plaza o menos. Al llegar me entregaron las toallas en la mano y no había shampoo. La tasa del baño tenía manchas. El desyauno fue muy precario.

Nos cambiaron de cuarto para la segunda noche, el baño y la alfombra de ducha estaban sucios. Para el desayuno casi no había nada ya que no reponían las cosas y el café era soluble.

The professional attitude of the staff that wasted hours trying to find an accommodation for us

Booking.com let us stranded in Puerto Montt without accommodation or a solution. The staff at the hotel provided us with help and food AT NO COST. While, I'm still waiting for Booking.com help
