Dobre śniadanie, czyste pokoje. Bardzo przyjemna strefa spa z ciepłą wodą. Przyjemna okolica. Cisza i spokój - można się zrelaksować.

Ceny w restauracji - kosmiczne! Zamówiłam tagliatelle szpinakowe - bez smaku, sosu absolutnie nie było warte 59zl (!!!) Druga sprawa - po wymeldowaniu chciałyśmy jeszcze skorzystać z pięknej pogody i posiedzieć na basenie. Spytałyśmy w recepcji czy jest taka opcja na co Pani powiedziała, że tak. Poszłyśmy i po 30min zostałyśmy stamtąd przegonione - albo zapłacimy 90 zł albo mamy się zawijać. Dziwna praktyka, pierwszy raz się z tym spotkałam w dodatku takim tonem.. Zrozumiałabym, gdyby basen i leżaki były używane przez innych i brakowało miejsce dla gości i tych, którzy właśnie przyjechali ale byłyśmy kompletnie same… i mimo miłego pobytu już nie wrócimy.

Plus dla restauracji i obsługi. Miło i przyjemnie.

Załoga w recepcji do natychmiastowej wymiany. Niemiła, niegrzeczna i nieprofesjonalna.

Personel, obsługa na wysokim poziomie. Jedzenie pyszne. Sauna basen również super.

W pokoju było tylko miejsce po lodówce. Kiedy zapytaliśmy dlaczego jej nie mamy (a byliśmy już nie raz) dowiedzieliśmy się, że w "tańszych" pokojach nie ma lodówek. Biorąc pod uwagę, jakość hotelu, to trochę żenujące.

We generally like this place—it's not our first time here. The breakfast is very good! The selection isn't huge, but the quality is excellent. The spa/wellness area is very nice, and the surroundings are lovely. The rooms are small but clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. I totally recommend it for couples looking for a relaxing and romantic weekend. It's not really a "family with kids" kind of place, as it’s more focused on coziness, relaxation, and quietness.

The hotel has a very strict check-out policy, especially for a spa hotel. I've visited this hotel a few times over the past three years, and we were usually allowed a late check-out of 1-2 hours, which was a big benefit. After a later breakfast, we could still relax in the spa area. However, it seems the owner or management has changed. The new policy states that if you're even 30 minutes late for check-out, the hotel will charge you 50% of the daily room rate. What was really surprising for me was when I tried to book a 1-hour massage for myself at 12:30 (30 minutes after check-out). I asked if my husband could wait for me in the swimming pool area for an hour, but this request was rejected. Instead, they suggested he wait for me in the restaurant. He was willing to do that, but I declined. Although I believe it would have been much better for the hotel to allow him to stay in the pool while I paid for an additional service. Actualy this reason caused that previous year we visited this hotel 3 times, and during last year only once, as we didnt like the approach.
