no where near as good as previous visits / plus dirty coffee cups which is apparently due to 'serving a lot of coffee and the dishwasher not being very good'

needed a good clean / no staff of any seniority on site for the stay/ towels quite 'grey' /hole in dressing gown /very dusty

Loved the quirky decor. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The room had everything you needed and the beds are comfortable. The lighting and mirrors are perfectly placed for doing your make up. The location is perfect, car park over the road and a short walk into town. Breakfast in the morning was very nice too!

Coffee machine in our room wasn’t working when we came to use it in the morning but we had coffee at breakfast so it didn’t hinder our stay at all. Also make sure you read the welcome manual because I spent a while looking for the tv remote only to find the manual stating it was attached to the side of the tv with Velcro 🤣

Brilliant hotel, great room, fabulous shower. 1st class service.

I’m a repeat visitor. I love Ingleside.

My room glasses were not clean. Shortbread cloche empty & unclean. Toilet paper not replaced. Nit picking. Beautiful room & fantastic helpful staff.!

Breakfast was good quality food. Table service rather than buffet was a pleasant change. Personnel were pleasant and helpful. Hotel was located within easy walking distance of the Town centre Paid parking very convenient and accessible. Bedrooms very clean and comfortable.

Very limited breakfast menu. The level of service didn't ensure correct or timely delivery of what was ordered. There was no lift and this made it difficult to navigate the various floors and stairs. The hotel gave the impression of being under staffed.

Lovely size bedroom, very comfy bed. Nice guest lounge. On-site bar is a bonus for an evening drink lovely girl on bar when we were there.

Breakfast could be better, we like a HOT cooked breakfast & drinks- both were only warm both days we had it.... and small gripe, served well done streaky bacon , for me personally not a hotel breakfast bacon.
