Staff and room were amazing, couldn't fault the hotel. They were really accommodating and helpful by giving us free tuk tuks to the main town.

We didn't realise when booking that the hotel was across a bridge, which was a bit of a walk to the main town, and most tuk tuks were reluctant to give us a lift home due to this. This was our fault when booking for not checking, however I would be mindful that staying here you are a tuk tuk or bike trip away from the centre / 20 minute walk.

The staff are amazing 👏 so friendly and helpful 😊. I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a great time there. Great location not far from the main centre 👍 which you can use the electric bikes or push bikes free of charge at the hotel.I don't give a recommendation freely but the staff are amazing and the hotel and rooms and pool are so clean cheers Mick from Australia

Very nice and clean pool. Great breakfast with fresh fruit and croissant. Great WiFi. Nice hot water in the shower. Free electric motorbikes too use

The TV was just a normal TV so didn’t have access to WiFi and Netflix/other streaming services. No shade in the pool chairs

Location was not good long way from everything in Luang Prabang Had to rely on the tuktuk shuttle provided limited times or get taxi. Area did not feel safe for walking at night due to dogs Breakfast was limited - asked for just croissants and eggs but still kept getting meat. Explained to several staff but language barrier Only one person seemed to speak English so communication was an issue Pool in shade so couldn't relax outside I'd booked this as a special place to stay but was really disappointed

Very nice hotel with a lovely staff. The hotel lend motorbikes and bicycle for free to move easily to the city. The pool is perfect after a hot day.

Lovely, spacious room with traditional furnishing and decor, large comfortable bed and a nice modern bathroom. We were on the first floor and liked the vaulted wooden ceilings and good-sized balcony, which overlooked the small well-kept pool and dining area. This is a small, peaceful hotel, in a low-key local area just across the Nam Kham river. The location may initially seem off-putting, but the route across to the main / old town of Luang Prabang is an experience in itself! When we were there the river was high and 5-minutes wander from the hotel a small very reasonably-priced boat crosses on demand for most of the day and evening ... So approximately 10 minutes in total and you are amongst everything the lovely town offers, with the benefit of a little boat trip first! In dry season there’s a bamboo foot bridge instead and at all times a different iron bridge that you can walk across , or use a bike or moped borrowed from hotel or hired in town. Another plus, the smiling owner will collect / run you to the airport in about 10 minutes in his tuk tuk.

Not the easiest place to stay if you are uncomfortable using a moped, bike or hopping on a long boat to reach the old town. Fortunately this did not apply to us, but wanted to point this out.
