I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Thiru Pavillion Retreat. Having previously enjoyed a positive experience approximately four months ago, I rebooked with confidence. However, this visit proved to be significantly below expectations. The room's walls exhibited considerable staining and visible footprints, indicating a lack of cleanliness. Furthermore, the absence of an in-room electrical geyser, which was present during my previous stay, was notable. Upon inquiring about hot water, I was informed that one tap was connected to a solar water heater, requiring the wasteful discharge of two to three buckets of water to access it. Even after this process, the water remained only slightly warm, failing to reach an adequate temperature, even late in the morning around 9:30 a.m. despite clear sunshine and an ambient temperature of approximately 27°C.
