Tratamento do recepcionista da noite pouco conhecimento do quisito recepção deixou muito a desejar

Não tem serviço de elevador e de comunicação 📞 entre hóspede e recepção vc precisa descer uma escada gigante para acessar a recepção uma vez que um simples interfone encurtaria o tempo e esforço Razoável
