I went to the resort at 1:20 p.m. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception, and I have video proof of this. I got Room 23, which was the worst room ever. The balcony door was broken and couldn’t be locked from the inside, and the balcony was not clean. The toilet was in terrible condition. When we opened the bathroom door, a bad smell came into the room. Overall, it was the worst experience. Additionaly wifi is worst wifi is so slow
