Elena was very helpful with beach recommendations.

the location is superb, and the staff is very helpful. during our stay of 3 nights, there were some minor problems, such as Nespresso machine didn't work, hard to close the front door, the lights in bathroom was flashing, the hotel staff respond within minutes and get things repaired very soon. BTW, if you need car rental, transportation to airport, laundry services, just go to Fabrika bus station and you will find some solutions at a good price. BTW2, if you have large suitcases and you are not strong enough to carry them from ground to 1st floor, you can try to inform and ask before your arrival to see if they can assist, the staff are willing to arrange someone that can help.

The location was in main town centre, close to everything.

I loved everything, the room, the location it was a great stay overall!

The only issue I had was with the noise at night. The door slamming made it hard to sleep.
