"Stay was normally ok"

The location is excellent, right on the banks of river Ganga. Family suit rooms were large and spacious.

The AC for large family suite room on top floor and in June heat, was ineffective. The view was somewhat spoilt by hawkers and food carts in front, on the banks of river. Hotel food was mediocre.

Stayed at Neeraj Ganga Heritage Resort during our Badrinath trip and had such a peaceful and memorable experience. The location, surrounded by beautiful mountains and the soothing sound of the Ganga, felt truly divine. Very close to Ram Jhula abd Janki Setu, walkable distance. Right at the banks of River Ganga with direct access to the ghat. Has the Cafe and Restaurant available for tasty food. Easy to reach from Jolly Grant airport (Dehradun airport) as it is on the main road. Cozy property and helpful staff. Had a comfortable stay there!

The location and the restaurant

I booked a room for 4 adults, the room was shown to to have two bed rooms. It turned out that the beds were not in two separate bedrooms. One bed has to be entered through the other bed room. Booking.com should make this abundantly clear in their web site of this problem, once you see that I requested for 2 rooms for 4 adults. I did not
