Nach Zahlung und Bestätigung der Übernachtungen haben wir keinen Zimmercode bekommen, auf Nachfrage am Abend wurde uns lapidar mitgeteilt das es eine Überbuchung gibt und das Zimmer nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht. Es gab keinerlei Hinweis vorab durch WMM. Unser Kunde musste sich ein anderes Hotel suchen. Nun wird die Rückerstattung der bereits bezahlten Buchung verweigert weil WMM bei booking.com mitgeteilt hat, dass wir nicht angereist sind. Jetzt geht der Schriftverkehr los…..Was für ein Laden……nie wieder WMM dies werden wir über unser Netzwerk deutlich kommunizieren.

Extrem dünne Wände, zum Fenster heraus mit Zigarretten vermüllt, auch im Zimmer roch es ein wenig nach Rauch! Lage im Gewerbegebiet.
