The staff were ok

The pool is across the road. The shower is in the toilet. The bed is solid. The TV didn’t work. The safe didn’t work. The bud driver couldn’t find it in the street it was supposed to be and in the end it was 5 minutes more away from where I wanted it to be. Then I had to walk up a lane to get to it.

Some of the staff are good at helping. The location is good when it is too busy in Central Pattaya.

The lawn in front of the hotel is untidy and the grass is long. It is not looked after. The reception kept my ID card without letting me know. I thought I lost it. The room was filthy. There was no kettle for hot water, no tea or coffee provided. The bathroom is filthy and the shower was not working, no warm water, the water flow was only 25% of what it should be. The tap at the sink was the same. There hardly was water coming from it. They sold a small cup of black tea for 40 baht while not providing for the guests in the room. This is totally disgusting. We paid for 3 nights but stayed only one night. They charged 900 baht a night while another hotel charged 950 baht a night with big lobby, roof-top swimming pool, big car park, bigger and nicer room. It was terrible experience to come across this hotel. I recommend must not stay.
