The room is quite spacious and clean, wifi was good

The toilet in the pool area was dirty

The staff were great. We arrived very early and they provided us some drinks and fruit and did not charge for them. We waited by the pool and the room was ready by 10am and they came to get us!!! It is the best hotel in Pangkalan Bun. The breakfast was also quite good the next morning.
