"Hotel dezamăgitor, zăpadă excelentă"

În afară de locație, nimic nu este de lăudat

- cu toate ca am luat o camera mare , nu am avut loc sa îmi despachetez bagajul - nu s a ținut cont de cerința trimisă prin booking. Nici măcar nu au citit o - micul dejun execrabil - experiența cu restaurantul este total negativă. Prețuri exagerate, nu se ține cont de rezervările făcute , personal depășit - personalul din recepție veșnic obosit și deloc plăcut Este un hotel de maxim 3 stele , cu mobilier demodat , cu personal deloc instruit pentru un hotel ce se vrea competitiv, cu tarife ce le întâlnești doar la hotelurile intr adevăr de lux . Raportul calitate preț nu există. Este mai mult decât exagerat să dai 2500 / noapte și tu ca și hotel să nu oferi nimic. NIMIC Totul este pe modul să îi ardem de bani o data ca a doua oară nu mai vin, În schimb sunt mulți și avem continuitate la jecmăneala.

Duş normal nu am putut face, capul de duş nu statea fixat, feonul nu functiona. Camera foarte mica, nici loc sa desfaci valiza jos. Am fost nevoiti sa o punem pe pat sa o desfacem. La restaurant am mancat carne de rața si deabe am rugumat-o. Ft tare. Galagie la miezul nopții, copii care alergau si tipau de nu puteai sa dormi

חוויה משפחתית מושלמת בשלג! המלון מצוין מכל הבחינות – מיקום מעולה, ממש קרוב לגונדולה ולאתר הסקי, מה שהפך את החופשה לנוחה במיוחד עם ילדים. המלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד, החדרים מרווחים, נקיים ומאובזרים היטב. הספא מפנק במיוחד – בריכה פנימית מחוממת וג’קוזי חיצוני עם נוף ושלג, חוויה שלא שוכחים. נהנינו מאוד מהאווירה, השירות והנוחות. בהחלט ממליצים למשפחות ולמי שמחפש חופשת חורף איכותית ליד הסקי.

Location is nice, friendly staff and breakfast was ok.

There was a chlorine smell on all corridors coming from the pool most probably which was a bit unpleasant and although I specifically asked for an invoice twice (while making the reservation on booking.com and when I got to the hotel at the reception) and although I provided the business details for it, they didn't sent it to me until I called them back after 3 weeks when I realized I didn't got the invoice. They finally issued it but it was for the next month...
