I have spent 3 wonderful weeks in Calmare apartment. It’s perfect place for people who love wandering throughout a long beach, sunbathing, swimming and appreciate peace and quiet. 10-15 minutes’ walk you reach the most beautiful city in Crete, Rethymno with excellent restaurants, shops, disco clubs, beautiful Old Town narrow streets and many more. Calmare apartment hotel is the best for people who want to be treated like in the great hotel but at the same time have privacy like in own home. You get everything to prepare your own meal or just few steps away you can choose delicious meal in one of many local restaurants. You can choose everyday different beach services. The nearest with comfy sunbeds and umbrellas is just 2 minutes’ walk, so if you forget something from your apartment or just want to get a rest from sun is really nice. Our best beach service with nice cocktails and snacks is Atlantis. Apartments are new, clean and looks like you can see in the photos. The owner of apart. Hotel, Mary is very nice and helpful. She is perfect combination of the best manager and concierge. Mary does everything to make your stay as you wish it be. It’s our third stay in Crete. We explored west, Chania and Heraklion area, but noting compare with Rthymno and kindness of locals there.
