Casa Ka'an Rio.

Clean room and bathroom, big comfortable bed. The pool was also nice. We asked for an internal room so the street noise wasn’t really disturbing. Strong A/C.

The bathroom had no toilet seat and no toilet paper when we arrived, but we were so tired after the day trip so we didn’t ask them to repair it. It took a lot of time for the water in the shower to become hot.

Simple but good, what you see is what you get. the room was comfortable in any aspect (lightning / bed softness / temperature / calmness ...) and clean ! we even extend our stay for a 2nd night. the staff is very helpful and can get you anything you need in Rio Lagartos.

Nice swimming pool. Pleasant host (owner?). Clean room, and they clean whenever you want. Quite new building. On the outskirts of town, but the town is small, so everything is within 2-8 minutes walk away.

Like everywhere in Mexico, it takes time to get hot water in the shower. But when it got warm, it did not go cold too yearly. Not all 'staff' very interested in my well behaviour, but that's probably because I don't speek spanish. Host (owner) was very pleasant and asked me whenever I saw him if I needed something, but he was also very busy with his new baby - less than a year old. There is a lot of noice from dogs and cats etc. during the night.

Very low water pressure to take a shower or flushing toilet. No toilet papers. We have to request for toilet paper. It's very noisy at night.

The host was quite friendly, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. Additionally, there is a pool available on the premises. While we didn’t have the chance to try it, it looks like it would be perfect for a refreshing dip after a day spent in the scorching hot weather. Overall, our stay met all basic expectations and was quite satisfactory.

While it’s perfectly suitable for a short one night stay, it might lack the extra amenities or unique features that some travelers seek for a more memorable experience. However, if you’re looking for a simple, clean, and friendly place to stay while you explore the natural beauty of Rio Lagartos, Casa Ka'an Rio fits the bill nicely.

Comfiest bed during our trip so far! Central location, everything is walking distance. Spacious room. Well working AC. Friendly reception.

We couldn't use the pool, the water pressure in the shower was low. Internet is slow.
