Good location, friendly staffs, the hotel is new and in a calm aera !

An oasis of bliss in this hectic seaside town: rooms set around a grassy courtyard with a small (cleaned!) swimming pool & bar area. Friendly management and staff, good breakfasts and spotless ensuite rooms with aircon & satellite TV - situated a 5 minute walk from the beach front and 10 minutes from 2 large supermarkets. Please note: the hotel is on the the rue de la detente NOT on the beach as shown on the booking.com website !

A fridge in the room would have been appreciated.

Arrived one day earlier than booked due to last-minute cancellation of flight, but the owner did not charge this despite being indicated in reservation, which was appreciated of course. Next day owner told me that I needed to change to a minor room, but immediately offered free breakfast and dinner to compensate, which was a good deal to me. Next day I was initially informed that I could not stay additional night (which was earlier confirmed) due to other long-stay, but as these people did not show up, at the end this was not an issue. After all, the 'hassle' would not have been needed, but this was a result of people booking this place and not showing-up the day booked or even not at all. To me this place was a very nice and comfortable place to stay with good atmosphere and very friendly and helpful French owner and local personnel. Also the food was very good.
