SeArena San Pancho

Rooms were very nice, moderne and clean. Balcony was a good size. Air conditioning worked well. There was a small refurbished in the room. Bathroom a good size and hot water. Nice towels

It was a little hard to find where to register when we arrived. No front reception but you have to go to the restaurant beneath the hotel. You are give. A key to the main door as there is no receptacle at night. No issue for us.

Not clean, loose light fixtures hanging off of the wall, pictures did not represent what was offered.

Shower was full of sand. Balcony was very dirty. Check in process was painful.

Location and staff…I had view from my balcony over the courtyard view a partial view of the ocean. Room was very clean but a little “rustic” (minor things such as missing stopper, fixture loose, but nothing I was concerned with). it was an excellent price, phenomenal location and accommodating/friendly staff!! You checkin at Las Palmas Restaurant downstairs with also has great staff and excellent aguachile…I will be back!!!

The birds can be a bit noisy at sunset/sunrise

Hotel location is right by the beach. Rooms on higher elevation have really good views - either the ocean, or the garden. Very nice comfortable beds and beddings.

There is no hotel sign to locate it. The receptions is the cashier desk at the ground level restaurant. There were some room cleaning/readiness issues - addressed by staff promptly. No elevator to access higher floors.

Nothing was appealing. The bathroom faucet had just a trickle of water coming out. There was no hot water. Very uncomfortable. Also, bathroom was dirty
