SeArena San Pancho

Excellent location, right on the beach. Gorgeous sunsets from balcony and bonus to have a small, private pool as well. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

Sewage type smell in the bathrooms but overall, not too bad.

We had a top floor room with a view of the water from our deck, where we watched the sunset

There was NO soap in the bathroom or shower, and no hooks or racks to hang wet towels and clothes. There were also no table or floor lamps, just bright lamps on the ceilings. We also had to park three blocks away. Plus,, there was some loud music in a nearby bar, but it mostly ended before midnight.

Location was very good. The staff at Las Palmas was most helpful and friendly.

Bathroom sink was not attached. Light bulbs hang by the wires. Small things could be fixed/upgraded inexpensively for an improvement

Bed was super comfortable and had high-quality linens. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Room didn't have a fridge but we asked for one and they brought one. Close to many great restaurants and shops. Sunset view from the room. Good restaurant/bar on site, right on the beach and staff was friendly and spoke English. There was nightly impromptu beach entertainment- fire dancers, jugglers, stilt-walkers, drummers and live music.

The NOISE. All hours of the day and night. Dimly lit bathroom. No coffee maker in room. Barking dogs at all hours. Too many vendors, all day long. Crowded area, lots of people everywhere.

Location was perfect: on the beach, on the end of the main street with all the shops and restaurants

It was a little noisy outside at night (during the day it's normal as you're at the beach) with drunk people, babies/kids next door, cars with loud music...

Staff is amazing; room was roomy and pretty clean

Location extremely noisy !! Some rooms have no internet. Rooms missing a chair, small fridge, coffee machine, safe

Very charming room, lovely balcony, the bed was VERY comfortable. Everything was kept clean and the shower also was really great

The beach was right there which was amazing, but this also means it can be quite noisy with all the comings and goings outside....this didn't bother us but is something to consider

This hotel is a local family business. The owner managers are extremely welcoming and friendly. They are new to the hotel business and are very thankful for constructive critique. The hotel is located above the Las Palmas restaurant, directly at the Malecón and the beach. The master suite has a very cool jacuzzi on the terrace where you can watch the sunset and the surfers playing with the waves.

There is always room for improvement but I don't have anything negative to say.
