المكان متهالك غير نظيف رائحة سيئة المدخل غير نظيف الغرفه صغيره ولا تشبهه الصور التي بالموقع وتعامل الموظف سيئ ولم استرد المبلغ رغم اني لم اقم في الفندق

Nettes Personal, gute Lage, eigenes Parkplatz

Zimmereinrichtung sehr alt, Fußboden vergammelt, eine Baustelle im Hotel, ich habe Verständnis wg. der Renovierung es wird höchste Zeit, aber schon um 8 Uhr hämmern und bohren das geht nicht

Everything was very Bad!

Everything was dirty, undesconstrution. Shouldnt be allowed by Booking this kind of accommodation! It was HORRIBLE!

Lage

Das Hotel wird umgebaut, was in der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war...Eingang über die Baustelle, staubig, Möbel tw. abgewohnt, Baustellenlärm

Lage gut nicht weit vom Zentrum, Parkplatz leider zu klein wegen den Bauarbeiten. Frühstück voll in Ordnung. Personal sehr nett.

Das der Parkplatz meiner Meinung momentan nicht brauchbar war.

Location was fine.

Where do I start?!?! Avoid this place at all costs!!! We stayed about 20 mins before relocating somewhere else. First, it’s under construction (that detail was not obvious upon booking), and has been for a long time. Entry way is dangerous at best. For example, you had to navigate a narrow wooden plank over a puddle to reach the entry… with luggage! The entire place smelled like construction/paint. No lobby to speak of or meet up with the rest of our group (4 rooms total). We checked in and found our room. It was small, nowhere to leave our suitcases even. Worst of all, it was so DIRTY!! Both things that should be clean by housekeeping, and the walls were even dirty. There was a living spider and extensive web in the bathroom. There was so much mold and mildew in the shower. I could go on… I didn’t unpack and left the room with my child within 5 minutes with no replacement hotel booked and no way to even call a taxi (we are Americans, and had just arrived to Austria). That’s how bad it was! I’ve never done that before, even at some bad hotels. I canceled the booking online for the cost of 1 night, which was a bargain at that point. Booked somewhere else for twice the cost. This was not unique to 1 room, as the other members of our group had the same reaction immediately upon arrival about their rooms. I think the good reviews here must be fake and this mi fb t actually be a scam, as the hotel made money from us anyway because of the cancellation cost.
