A quiet location at the north end of the city, but close to the road out to Burabay lakes area. Good quality hotel with modern rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The aircon did not work all the time and sometimes leaked water. This was a problem as the temperatures were in the high 30s. But it got fixed.
