Excellent location, only a short walk to the beach & Skiathos town. Bus stop right outside the property. Room was cleaned daily & the pool area, gardens, bar area were immaculately kept. Rania & Stellios were exceptional hosts and made our first stay & my birthday in Skiathos one to always remember. Can’t thank them enough for their knowledge & kindness to us. We will be back!

Ottimo alloggio per chi vuole visitare skiathos. I proprietari sono molto gentili e ti aiutano per qualsiasi cosa. L'alloggio inoltre si trova nella linea 5 dove passa il bus che ti porta in centro città/porto o nelle varie spiagge fino a koukoranies

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere Skiathos town dopo una breve passeggiata o per raggiungere tutte le spiagge con mezzo privato da noleggiare affianco all’hotel oppure prendendo la linea autobus (fermata n.5) che porta a tutte le spiagge del sud. Accoglienza impeccabile all’arrivo. Staff sempre disponibile. Pulizia giornaliera con cambio biancheria ogni due giorni.

Nagyon szép helyen található, közvetlenül buszmegállóban, ezért nagyon sok hely innen könnyen megközelíthető. A szállás jól felszerelt, az erkély remek kilátással elég hosszú, nagy, a két fürdőszoba a szállást igen komfortossá teszi. Az internet remek. Mindennap takarítanak, ha szükséges cserélik a törölközőket.

Van TV, de csak görög csatornákkal. Legalábbis mi nemzetközi, sem német, sem angol programokat nem találtunk. Szerencsére a görög TV-ben külföldi filmeket eredeti nyelven (görög felirattal) sugároznak. De az európai sportcsatornák hiányoztak.

Great hosts - very kind and helpful. Exceptionally clean. Nice view from the balcony. Very close to the beach. Also very close to the bus stop number 5. Great place to stay in Skiathos!

The place was very clean, they did the cleaning everyday. The location was great for us. Bus stop 5 right in front of the house, 2 supermarkets nearby, 15 min walk to town, beach and tavernas at 5 minutes walking distance. We didn't rent a car/atv/scooter, so the location was great for moving around. The view over the bay is stunning. They have a pool with a few sunbeds and a pool bar to relax and have a drink and they served breakfast. The hosts were very kind, available to help and give advice. Thank you very much Rania and Stelios! We had studio no 1. The room has a small chitchinette, with a kettle, small hob, refrigerator and some cutlery. I had breakfast in the room everyday. I bought delicious tomatoes, feta cheese, eggs from the supermarket and prepared something quick each morning. The bed was very comfortable. The room also has AC and a small rack and hangers for clothes.

The bathroom was tiny and made it a bit uncomfortable to move around and shower. As a suggestion, not a minus, I would put an umbrella or a sun cover on the terrace, as the sun is very bright all day and makes it difficult to sit and enjoy some time there.
